Conservation and surveys and assessments can be done on site as well. This is sometimes the easiest way to work, especially with larger scale collections, as it can be easier to bring the conservator to the collections rather than vice versa.

If you require on site practical conservation work, a clean, clear and safe workspace will need to be provided. Ideally with good lighting and ventilation.

Any travel expenses, extra time spent travelling and any potential accommodation costs will be factored into any estimates of costings.
